Dr. Kinda Maidaa is a renowned Syrian doctor who graduated as a Doctor of medicine in 2003. She started her training in Damascus University Maternity hospital, a well reputed health institution under the Ministry of the highest studies. She has been certified by The Arab Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2009 and earned her highest studies postgraduate certification.
Dr. Kinda gained her experience by practicing medicine in the public and private sector in her home country and volunteered in helping many patients during crises.
Furthermore, she moved to UAE in 2014 and continued to work as a OBGYN specialist, with patients of different nationalities who respect her for her professionalism and caring, friendly personality.
Dr. Kinda is highly experienced in following low risk and high risk pregnancies, conducting normal and cesarean deliveries, and taking care of their postpartum and puerperium period.
She does ultrasound for obstetrics and gynecology cases, check-ups for women including screening of cervical papsmear (cytology screening test of cervical cancer) and colposcopy, breast check-ups, family planning and contraceptive methods as IUCD, infertility, recurrent miscarriages, sexual health, hormonal imbalance, Polycystic ovaries (PCOS) and irregular periods, vaginal bleeding complaints for all ages including adolescence, perimenopausal and postmenopausal treatments. She has a solid experience in performing gynecological surgical procedures including treatment of polyps, fibroids/myomas, urinary incontinence and pelvic floor prolapse, ovarian cysts, hysterectomy, with a special interest in upgrading her experience in hysteroscopy and laparoscopic procedures (keyhole/minimal invasive surgery).
